MRSNAG is looking for a Property Snagging Inspector to join our growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed inspections of apartments, villas, and townhouses, identifying defects, documenting findings, and preparing professional inspection reports.
Responsibilities
- Conduct snagging inspections for residential properties.
- Identify defects in finishes, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements.
- Capture and document defects using photos and inspection software.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports.
- Communicate findings clearly and professionally.
- Attend inspections across Dubai and surrounding areas.
