Quality
Propose the strategic plan for the section and contribute to its development; prepare and monitor the operational plan to ensure its alignment with departmental objectives.
Set principles and guidelines for managing and directing operations and improving productivity.
Strengthen relationships with internal and external partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Establish programs that promote continuous learning, training, and development of work teams to ensure service delivery at the highest quality.
Monitor performance indicators regularly and prepare progress reports to be submitted to the department director.
Participate in preparing the department’s budget in coordination with the relevant units.
Supervise the development of an integrated operations management system, raise awareness about it, ensure its implementation in relevant organizational units, and work on documenting and classifying operations to support development and performance improvement efforts.
Supervise operations modeling and reengineering to ensure simplification, cost reduction, and time efficiency using best practices.
Propose administrative system modifications to streamline operations and reduce duplication of tasks among organizational units, according to best practices and approved standards.
Supervise the development of administrative guides, clarify roles and responsibilities of different units, determine performance metrics for operations, and follow up on their measurement and continuous improvement.
Supervise the implementation of various quality management systems in the organization.
Supervise internal audit programs for various quality systems and specifications, and follow up on corrective and preventive initiatives.
Monitor the compliance of all organizational units with quality standard requirements and ensure the organization maintains accreditation certificates.
Excellence
Support the implementation of quality systems, process reengineering, performance development requirements, and government excellence standards, and promote a culture of excellence and outstanding service to customers.
Support the implementation of government excellence requirements by planning and executing self-assessment programs at the ministry level, and contribute to the preparation and review of award submission documents and relevant reports.
Support the execution and management of the internal institutional excellence award, and promote the culture of excellence at all functional levels through all available means.
Follow up on the preparation, review, and implementation of reward systems and mechanisms for honoring relevant parties.
Follow up on the preparation and implementation of government excellence models, and set and measure all key performance indicators (KPIs) for operations.
Monitor, prepare, and conduct studies to measure satisfaction among stakeholders, submit results to concerned parties, and direct relevant departments to take necessary action.
Review and evaluate the efficiency of various processes and procedures in the organization, ensure their consistency, and submit improvement suggestions to enhance effectiveness and simplify them.
Support the development of models and mechanisms for measuring customer satisfaction regarding the quality of services and programs provided by the ministry, and distribute them to relevant parties.
Assist in conducting benchmarking studies with distinguished government entities and similar organizations to identify weaknesses, strengths, and areas for improvement.
