Project Manager – RK Gulf LLC

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager with fit-out experience to join our team in Dubai / Abu Dhabi . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in managing fitout projects from initiation to completion . As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and delivering high-quality results that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations. Your expertise will be essential in identifying project risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, providing direction and support to ensure project milestones are met.
3. Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
4. Identify project risks and develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential issues.
5. Communicate project status to stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
6. Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among team members.
7. Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies, continuously improving processes.
8. Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations.
9. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance within the project team.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a architect / Project Manager in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the UAE or similar markets.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams effectively.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
4. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
5. Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera
6. Good technicals skills such as Autocad
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results.
9. Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
