In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for major projects, working closely with cross-functional teams and clients to plan initiatives, manage timelines, and deliver projects successfully from start to finish. Each major project will be assigned to a dedicated Project Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for major projects, coordinating across Marketing, IT, Operations, and client stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and oversee marketing, operations, and IT/development teams to ensure alignment and performance
• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements and translate them into clear, actionable project plans
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions, planning workshops, and strategy meetings with internal teams and clients
• Plan, track, and manage projects to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to defined scope
• Optimize workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and implement best practices across teams
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and provide actionable insights and reporting to management
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure seamless cross-functional collaboration
