Production Manager for Luxury Corporate Gifting Company – MC&Co.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Production Manager to lead the end-to-end production operations of our luxury corporate gifting company in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in luxury products, premium packaging, and customized gifting solutions, along with an established network of reliable local suppliers and production partners across the UAE.

This role requires someone who is passionate about quality, sustainability, and locally driven production, with the ability to manage multiple projects, tight timelines, and high client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the complete production lifecycle for luxury corporate gifting projects.
• Coordinate with local suppliers, manufacturers, printers, packaging vendors, and artisans across the UAE.
• Source premium-quality materials and products while prioritizing local production and sustainable solutions.
• Supervise customization processes including branding, engraving, embroidery, printing, packaging, and finishing.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to luxury quality standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate pricing, timelines, and production terms.
• Monitor inventory, production schedules, and procurement activities.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure flawless presentation and execution of all products and packaging.
• Collaborate closely with sales, creative, and operations teams to execute client requirements accurately.
• Identify new sustainable materials, local production opportunities, and innovative gifting solutions.
• Handle production troubleshooting and ensure fast resolution of operational issues.

Requirements

• Based in the UAE with a valid UAE driving license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in production management, preferably within luxury gifting, premium packaging, events, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong existing network of local UAE suppliers, manufacturers, and production vendors.
• Proven experience handling luxury products and high-end client expectations.
• Strong understanding of sustainable sourcing and local production practices.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production/inventory management systems.
