You will act as a key enabler of supply continuity, cost optimization, and supplier performance improvement across the region.

Lead sourcing activities across raw materials, services, spare parts, and other categoriesDevelop and implement category strategies aligned with business needsManage the full procurement cycle including RFQs, evaluations, negotiations, and PO issuanceBuild and manage strong supplier relationships to improve service, cost and performanceLead contract drafting, review, negotiation and lifecycle managementDrive cost optimization, spend analysis and risk mitigation initiatives across MEA
Profile
Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering or related field5 to 10 years of procurement experience with strong exposure to strategic sourcingExperience in the chemical or polymer manufacturing industryExperience managing both direct and indirect procurement categoriesStrong negotiation, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skillsProven track record of cost savings, supplier management and ERP system usage
