Procurement Executive (UAE National)

📍 Location: Ras Al Khaimah
🇦🇪 Emirati Nationals Only

Salary: AED 11,000 – 12,500 + Annual flight ticket (self) + Medical insurance (self)
Hybrid Work Model (after completing probation)

Our client, a respected government institution, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Procurement Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to support key government operations, contribute to national initiatives, and grow within a reputable, stable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

– Manage the full procurement cycle in line with government policies and procedures
– Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost‑effective purchasing
– Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and compliance documentation
– Collaborate with internal teams to plan and fullfill procurement needs
– Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of goods and services

Requirements:

– UAE National (Emirati) – mandatory
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
– Experience in procurement/purchasing (government experience is a plus)
– Fluent in English – written and spoken
– Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
