Procurement & Admin Officer – Joinery Division – RTC1 Recruitment Services
-Source suppliers, negotiate pricing/terms, and issue purchase orders within budget; maintain supplier database and evaluate performance.
-Coordinate closely with design, production, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of joinery materials and monitor inventory/warehouse stock levels.
-Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, and project-related procurement summaries; ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
-Handle general administrative tasks (filing, correspondence, office supplies) coordinate with HR and Finance on vendor registration, payments, and compliance requirements
