About the Client:

A Dubai based international shipping vessel agency servicing Africa and Europe

Job Description:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, Internal teams, port authorities and service vendorsduring port calls to coordinate all aspects of vessel arrivals, berthing, cargo operations, and departures.
• Arrange port services, including pilotage, towage, berthing, bunkering, waste disposal, and provisions.
• Handle shipping documentation (bills of lading, cargo manifests, port clearance, customs filings, crew lists, etc.).
• Prepare Proforma Disbursement Accounts (PDAs) and reconcile Final Disbursement Accounts (FDAs) for port calls.
