We are seeking an experienced Planning Manager to contribute towards the planned growth and development of the EV Brand (BYD – Polestar – Denza – Yangwang) in its aim to explore untapped opportunities and raise administrative effectiveness, thus optimizing business in an increasingly sophisticated and expanding car market.

What You Will Do:

Develop and propose order plans and trim ratio plans to determine production volumes by model, channel, grade, and color.
Ensure these plans align with and achieve the agreed-upon sales objectives.
Prepare and analyze data to negotiate optimally with OEMs for the supply of models.
Continuously review supply requirements with channels and management to achieve the desired Month of Stock (MOS) ratio.
Prepare and build grade mix plans for each model.
Incorporate these plans into monthly orders to maximize revenue.
Prepare and forecast accurate trends by analysing past data on colour, grade, and channels.
Utilize these insights to maintain an optimum supply across the entire range and grades.
Prepare analysis for the logical rationalization of the lineup by reducing the number of materials.
Aim to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance costs through these rationalizations.
Prepare a comprehensive presentation on the Sales Stock Order Plan (SSOP).
Present order recommendations and the rationale behind them to senior management and obtain sign-off on the proposed monthly production volumes.
Conduct regular meetings with other departments within AFEMC group (Polestar, BYD, Denza, Yangwang).
Align sales forecasting, monthly targets, campaign plans, marketing activities, product changes, and logistics requirements with the order plan.
Ensure these efforts collectively maintain the health of the stock.
