Personal Assistant to the Founder & CEO – ORYSOL SPORT TOURNAMENTS & EVENTS ORGANIZING L.L.C
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to support Kirsten Jenna Michaels, Founder & CEO of FEMPOWERMENT™. This is not a standard admin role — you will be the engine behind the operation, managing everything from Kirsten’s schedule and communications to event logistics, supplier relationships, and content coordination.
You will need to think ahead, act with initiative, handle confidential matters with absolute discretion, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The ideal candidate is someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs before they arise, and is passionate about women’s empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Administrative Support
♥ Manage and maintain Kirsten’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel across multiple time zones.
♥ Screen, prioritise, and respond to emails, messages, and enquiries on behalf of Kirsten.
♥ Prepare briefing notes, agendas, presentations, and correspondence.
♥ Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and itineraries.
♥ Handle personal errands and lifestyle management tasks as required.
Events & Operations
♥ Support planning and execution of FEMPOWERMENT™ events including the annual Gala, monthly member gatherings, workshops, and seminars.
♥ Liaise with venues, suppliers, caterers, stylists, and external partners.
♥ Coordinate RSVPs, guest lists, seating, logistics, and on-the-day management.
♥ Track action items, deadlines, and deliverables across all active projects.
Communications & Social Media Support
♥ Assist in drafting social media captions, newsletters, and member communications in the FEMPOWERMENT™ brand voice.
♥ Coordinate content scheduling and liaise with the creative team.
♥ Monitor and flag important messages across Instagram, email, and WhatsApp Community.
♥ Manage partnerships, sponsorship enquiries, and stakeholder follow-ups.
Membership & Community Support
♥ Assist with onboarding of new members and follow-up communications.
♥ Coordinate with coaching clients to schedule sessions and manage intake forms.
♥ Support the Women’s Business Launchpad by liaising with partner organisations and tracking member progress.
