As an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant you will lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This role requires a unique blend of financial and technical expertise, with a strong understanding of real estate industry processes and reporting requirements.

Description
Lead full-cycle implementation and support of Oracle EPM modules (PBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting).Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.Design and develop metadata, forms, business rules, calculation scripts, dashboards, and security roles.Integrate Oracle EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP) using EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, and REST APIs.Automate data loads and ensure reconciliation between source systems and EPM.Customise reporting and dashboards using EPM Reports, Smart View, and Narrative Reporting.

Profile
8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS).Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting.Strong understanding of real estate industry financial processes and reporting.Proficiency in EPM Automate, REST API, Data Management, and Calculation Manager.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
