Our client has Quick Service Cafés and wholesale supplies of F&B products.
There expansion plans require the need for an Operations Manager who is Experienced in building and optimizing organizational processes, with a strategic mindset that translates plans into actionable solutions and measures performance against key operational goals.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement a strategic expansion plan to reach 40 branches within two years according to a defined timeline.
· Develop and execute operational policies and procedures to manage the company’s full operations.
· Design an operational organizational structure that includes management levels (Regional Management – Supervision – Direct Operations).
· Establish comprehensive training standards and frameworks for all job levels.
· Directly supervise branch operations to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to brand standards.
· Prepare the operational budget for the operations department and branches, and monitor its implementation.
· Monitor costs and control operating expenses to achieve efficiency and profitability.
· Prepare regular operational reports (sales, quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency).
· Analyze operational data and utilize insights to support strategic decision- making.
