Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, supporting management, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain and update filing systems and company records
- Prepare reports, letters, and documents when required
- Assist in day-to-day office operations and provide support to management
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic or French is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
