Role Overview:
As the Office Administrator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll be the go-to person for administrative support, office coordination, and will help maintain an efficient, positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including reception duties, supplies, and facilities
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel arrangements for staff and visitors
- Support HR and finance with basic admin tasks (onboarding, documentation, invoicing, etc.)
- Liaise with external vendors and building management
- Assist in organizing company events and team activities
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office administration, ideally within tech or a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (English essential; Arabic a plus)
- Proficient with MS Office and office management software
- Proactive, adaptable, and a team player
- Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate
