NOC Engineer – Harjai Computers

• Network Technical knowledge and intermediate level of network management experience.
• Good Knowledge on Routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, etc.
• Good knowledge on switching protocols.
• Good Knowledge and experience on WAN technologies: MPLS, Internet Leased Lines, Broadband lines and SDWAN
• Hands on experience on enterprise networks and troubleshooting.
• Hands on experience on Next Generation firewalls
• Hands on experience on wireless technology and troubleshooting
• Prefer to have experience on Guest management solutions on Wireless.
• Prefer to have basic knowledge about the CCTV solutions.
• Prefer to have basic knowledge of IPT solutions and troubleshooting.
• Prefer to have experience in enterprise monitoring tools.
• Monitor the network and server infrastructure running the Datacenter and remote locations using network management tools and respond to alerts and notification.
• Monitor the various IT infrastructure facilities elements such as power supply, temperature & humidity control equipment’s, fire detection & suppression system, etc. Escalate and follow-up with vendors for troubleshooting and maintenance if needed.
• Monitor services on critical applications in Data Centers and follow up with Level 2 support team and vendor for rectifications.
•  Capable of handling the Cable infrastructure (UTP & Fiber)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Educational Qualification

• Should have Masters/bachelor’s in computer science/Engineering (mandatory).
• Should have minimum CCNA Certification and CCNP will be preferable.
• Should have UAE Driving license.
• Prefer to have ITIL Certification
