Job Description:
- Lead the design of scalable, integrated NetSuite ERP solutions. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, develop solution blueprints, and ensure system architecture aligns with enterprise standards and future growth.
- Drive seamless implementation of NetSuite modules, enhancements, and integrations. Oversee system configuration, customization, testing, and data migration while collaborating with stakeholders and implementation partners.
- Continuously improve ERP performance through automation, workflow enhancements, and advanced reporting. Manage escalated issues, maintain documentation, and provide training to users for smooth operations.
- Act as a trusted ERP advisor across departments, guiding strategy, roadmap, and governance. Design and manage integrations with third-party applications, recommend best practices, and ensure optimal use of NetSuite tools.
