Multi-Skilled Maintenance Technician – Zarberg Holiday Homes
We are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our Repairs and Maintenance Team in Dubai.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, service and repair air conditioning systems.
- Carry out plumbing repairs, including leaks, pipes, taps and sanitary fittings.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and repair wiring, lighting, switches and sockets.
- Install and repair floor and wall tiles, including grouting.
- Diagnose and repair electronic control boards (PCBs), particularly for air conditioning systems.
- Perform general repairs and preventive maintenance in villas and apartments.
Requirements:
- Proven hands-on experience in the above trades.
- Ability to identify faults and complete repairs independently.
- Safe and competent use of tools and equipment.
- Reliable, responsible and attentive to the quality of finished work.
- Previous UAE maintenance experience and a UAE driving licence are advantages.
Working hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
Salary: To be discussed based on experience and skills.
