We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing PR Executive to join our team in Dubai, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic public relations and marketing initiatives that enhance our brand visibility and reputation. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to create compelling content, manage media relations, and implement innovative marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation.
- Create engaging content for press releases, articles, and social media platforms to effectively communicate our brand message.
- Manage media relations by building and maintaining relationships with journalists, bloggers, and influencers.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage and public perception, providing regular reports and insights to the management team.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, events, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels and platforms.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand positioning and outreach.
- Assist in crisis communication and reputation management efforts as needed.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of PR and marketing initiatives, making recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance PR and marketing efforts.
Preferred Candidate:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in public relations and marketing, preferably within the recruitment or agency sector.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategies.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand development.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the local market and cultural nuances in Dubai and the UAE.
