This is a high-impact in-house Legal Counsel position based in Dubai, supporting business operations across the EMEA region and beyond. You will partner closely with stakeholders to deliver pragmatic legal advice across commercial, IP, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

Description
Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements including supply, distribution, and marketing contractsProvide legal advice to global marketing teams, particularly on licensing and brand partnershipsManage and protect the global trademark portfolio, including registrations and enforcementSupport compliance programmes and advise on risk management across multiple jurisdictionsLead or support dispute resolution matters across the EMEA regionContribute to strategic projects including new market entry and M&A activityImprove legal processes, templates, and deliver training to internal stakeholders
Profile
Minimum 5-7 years’ PQE in-house or within private practiceStrong commercial legal experience, including exposure to intellectual property/trademarksProven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholdersExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working independently within a multicultural, international business
