Kitchen Equipment Technician – Al Patra Kitchen Trading Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, test, and commission commercial kitchen equipment.

• Perform preventive maintenance and repair of kitchen equipment.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults.

• Carry out on-site service visits and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.

• Read and interpret technical manuals and wiring diagrams.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with company standards.

• Maintain service records and report completed work accurately.
