Description
Co-lead and close investment deals, including overseeing the drafting of the legal documents and aligning with the target company about the deal termsSource and evaluate investment opportunities across different sectors, mainly within MENA geographiesConduct detailed financial, operational, and market due diligenceBuild and analyze financial models to assess credit risk and repayment capacityDraft investment memoranda and participate in Investment Committee discussionsNegotiate and structure term sheets and agreements in collaboration with legal counselMonitor portfolio performance and support relationships with portfolio companies
Profile
3-6 years of experience in venture capital, private credit, private equity, or investment bankingStrong understanding of debt structures, credit analysis, and startup financial dynamicsAdvanced financial modeling and analytical skillsClear, concise communication, both written and verbalAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentFamiliarity with legal documentation for deal transactions
