Interior Designer – Alert International
Description
In this role, you will lead the interior design scope for a commercial and residential tower, oversee the process from concept to handover, ensuring design quality, functional execution, and compliance with authority requirements.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Interior Design Management to oversee the full interior design process from concept to final handover, ensuring design consistency, functionality, and alignment with project goals.
- Coordination & Integration to liaise with project managers, consultants, and site teams, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of interior design elements.
- Material Selection & Vendor Management for lead material selection through factory visits and sourcing trips. Coordinate with suppliers based on BOQ, quality standards and lead times. Review and validate samples and mock ups.
- Technical Documentation & Compliance to prepare detailed material schedules,
- joinery drawings, and specifications in accordance with Dubai regulations and authority requirements. Support DLD related documentation for technical compliance and handover.
- Site Supervision & Quality Control to supervise on site implementation of interior works, conducting regular inspections to ensure quality, adherence to design intent, and timely execution.
