HR Business Partner – Ibraq – Ibrahim Alqurashi

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented HR Business Partner to join our team in the retail and wholesale sector. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning our HR strategies with business objectives, ensuring that our workforce is engaged, motivated, and equipped to meet the demands of a rapidly changing market. As an HR Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee performance, and foster a positive workplace culture. Your expertise in HR practices and business acumen will be instrumental in supporting our commitment to excellence and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR matters, providing guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
  3. Conduct workforce planning and analysis to ensure the right talent is in place to meet current and future business needs.
  4. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention through the development of programs and policies that promote a positive workplace culture.
  5. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and support career growth.
  6. Manage the recruitment process by partnering with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and attract top talent.
  7. Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
  9. Support diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more equitable workplace.
  10. Participate in organizational change initiatives, providing support to employees and management during transitions.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within the retail or wholesale industry.
  2. Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations relevant to the UAE.
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  4. Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret HR metrics.
  6. Experience in talent management, employee engagement, and performance improvement initiatives.
  7. Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion.
  9. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with HR trends and best practices.
  10. Proficiency in HR software and tools, as well as MS Office Suite.
