- Performance bonus: up to 40% of total annual earnings (paid in December based on structured performance criteria)

This is a full-time, hands-on role covering indoor and outdoor housekeeping, including general cleaning and plant care. We need someone who can maintain 5-star standards every day, works reliably, follows routines and checklists, and can work independently without constant supervision.
