Job Description:
- Manage reservations, including taking and confirming bookings, updating reservation logs, and communicating with guests to confirm details
- Work closely with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure that guests are provided with prompt and attentive service
- Assist with a range of other restaurant operations, such as answering phones, taking orders, handling payments, and preparing bills
- Communicate with servers to let them know when guests have been seated, coordinate with the kitchen to ensure that food is prepared and served in a timely manner
