In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support in delivering high-quality care to patients. This role involves assisting with daily activities and basic care needs, enhancing patients’ quality of life, and ensuring their overall well-being.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Aides the patients with everyday needs and daily activities.
- Under supervision of the Registered Nurse, provides all levels of basic care, ADLs and Quality of Life nursing care
- Reports all patient and family related findings to the assigned Registered Nurse.
- Actively participates as an integral member of the nursing team and carries out assigned tasks.
