Compensation: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 + High Commission

Role Overview

The Head of Sales will lead, manage, and expand the sales division within ConnBridge Real Estate Brokers L.L.C. This role requires a seasoned real estate professional with strong experience in the Dubai secondary market, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive high‑performing teams. Candidates who can bring an established team are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership — Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Team Development — Recruit, onboard, and develop agents to ensure continuous performance improvement.
• Market Strategy — Build and execute sales strategies focused on the Dubai secondary market.
• Performance Management — Monitor KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and implement improvement plans.
• Client Relationship Management — Maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
• Business Growth — Identify new opportunities, expand market presence, and contribute to company growth plans.
• Team Expansion — Preferably bring an existing team and integrate them into the company structure.
• Collaboration — Work closely with marketing, operations, and senior management to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Russian or Ukrainian speaker (mandatory).
• Proven track record of leading successful sales teams.
• Strong network and market knowledge within Dubai.
• Ability to bring an established team (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑growing, startup‑style environment.
