Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & development.
- Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational culture, engagement, and change initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and best HR practices.
- Oversee HR operations for a diverse, multi-site workforce.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
