Develop and oversee the organisation’s financial strategy to support business objectives.Manage the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting standards.Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team to achieve departmental goals.Analyse financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.Oversee cash flow management and optimise financial performance.Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with business strategies.Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
Profile
A successful Head of Finance should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Experience working in UAE.Real estate experience is a MUST,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.Leadership experience within an accounting and finance team.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in the property industry is highly desirable.
