Description
Develop financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting frameworks.Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial insight and decision support.Design and implement scalable finance processes, controls and governance structures.Support finance transformation initiatives, including ERP and workflow implementation.Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and external partners.Drive process improvement, automation and operational efficiency initiatives.Support strategic projects, business cases and long-term financial planning activities.
Profile
UAE National with experience in finance, FP&A, business partnering or commercial finance.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to influence decision-making and provide commercial insight.Experience improving processes, implementing change or supporting transformation initiatives.Interest in technology, automation and modern finance operating models.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
