Head of Engineering – Emagine Solutions FZE

We’re exclusively partnering with a high-growth Fintech to hire a Head of Engineering who can scale a team, raise the bar on delivery, and create an engineering culture people actually want to be part of. Not a caretaker role. Not a “keep the lights on” job. This is a leadership seat with real influence.

The package (serious)

• 75,000 – 83,000 AED per month
• ESOP (equity)
• Private pension
• Schooling for 2 children

What you’ll own

• Engineering strategy and execution across a core Fintech platform
• Hiring and shaping the org (structure, leaders, standards, ways of working)
• Delivery rhythm: planning, releases, quality, incident management, accountability
• Architecture decisions for scale, resilience, performance, and security
• Tight partnership with Product, Data, Security/Compliance in a regulated environment

What they’re looking for (in plain English)

• You’ve led engineering teams at scale (Head of Engineering / Engineering Director level)
• You’ve shipped complex product platforms, not just internal tools
• You understand what “good” looks like in Fintech / payments / regulated environments (or something equally high-trust)
• You’re calm under pressure, direct, and commercially switched on
