Description
Set and execute the enterprise strategy for Data, AI, shaping the long-term roadmap for the next decade.Build the full-stack AI environment – GPUs, lakehouse, MDM, SLMs, vector databases, MLOps, and proprietary domain models.Lead cross-functional delivery of AI, automation and advanced analytics across retail, supply chain, customer, finance, and digital commerce.Partner with leaders to identify high-value use cases, govern responsible AI, and drive measurable transformation.
Create and scale innovation engines, emerging tech pilots, AI/ML product teams, and enterprise-wide AI upskilling.
Profile
12 years’ experience in Data, AI, machine learning, and emerging tech, with proven leadership running enterprise-scale AI programmes.End-to-end expertise across AI lifecycle management, MLOps, GenAI, retrieval systems, vector search, and domain-specific LLMs/SLMs.Demonstrated work in robotics, automation, or physical AI integration is a strong advantage.Experience building or selling AI products, patents, start-up exposure, or launching proprietary AI models.
