Job Description:

• Develop and execute business strategies to strengthen the company’s market position against key competitors; Oversee full P&L, budgeting, and expansion into new markets and product lines
• Lead end-to-end paint and coatings production, ensuring world-class standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. Drive innovation in resins, solvents, and water-based binders to maintain competitiveness and align with evolving market demands.
• Build and manage strong client, distributor, and supplier networks in the Middle East. Identify new opportunities, enhance pricing strategies, and secure high-value contracts by benchmarking against regional competitors.
• Lead cross-functional teams in operations, R&D, sales, and supply chain. Implement lean manufacturing practices, talent development programs, and succession planning to sustain long-term organizational growth.
