Freelance Graphic Artist – Lifecare International Insurance Brokers LLC

We are seeking a talented Freelance Graphic Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic vision and the ability to translate complex ideas into stunning visual and video designs. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of design principles to create impactful graphics that resonate with our audience. The Freelance Graphic Artist will work closely with our marketing and communications teams to produce visuals that enhance our brand identity and support our marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and design high-quality graphics for various platforms including websites, social media, and print materials that align with our brand guidelines.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects that effectively communicate our messages to target audiences.
3. Utilize industry-standard graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) to create visually appealing layouts, illustrations, and infographics.
4. Ensure all designs are completed on time and meet the specifications outlined in project briefs, while maintaining a high standard of quality.
5. Stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
6. Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and finalize designs.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
8. Assist in the development of branding materials, including logos, brochures, and promotional items that convey our company’s values and mission.
9. Review and edit designs based on feedback from clients and team members to ensure satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
10. Maintain an organized digital asset library for easy access to graphics and design elements.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a graphic designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
2. Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking, with the ability to develop unique design solutions.
3. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
5. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently, ensuring all projects are completed on schedule.
6. Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and visual details that reflect the brand’s identity.
7. Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.
8. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
9. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with HTML/CSS would be advantageous.
10. A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
