Field Service Engineer Photocopiers and Printers – Clear Image Technology LLC
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our service team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience servicing photocopiers and multifunction devices (MFD/MFPs) from leading brands such as Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera Mita, and HP. You will be responsible for providing on-site service, maintenance, and technical support to clients across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and network photocopiers and multifunction printers (A3/A4).
- Diagnose and repair hardware, mechanical, and software issues on-site.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and firmware updates.
- Provide training and demonstrations to end-users on proper use and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service logs, parts usage, and technical reports.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adhere to SLAs.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Kyocera Mita, and HP photocopiers/MFPs.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems and IT networking (TCP/IP, drivers, scanning).
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage service schedules.
