We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cashier Admin to join our dynamic team of Car wash in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a high level of integrity and attention to detail, as the Cashier Admin will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a critical role in ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in cash handling, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. In addition to processing payments, the Cashier Admin will also assist with administrative duties, including inventory management and reporting, ensuring that all financial operations align with company policies and procedures.Responsibilities:Dedicated to managing female customers waiting area and service lane.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all financial exchanges are properly recorded.Maintain and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy.Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Assist in managing inventory levels by conducting regular stock checks and updating records as necessary.Prepare daily financial reports and summaries for management review, highlighting any discrepancies or issues.Support the administrative team with filing, data entry, and other clerical tasks as required.Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and financial transactions.Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve customer service efficiency.Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to cash handling and customer service.Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a positive environment for both customers and staff.Preferred Candidate:Proven experience in a cashier or administrative role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.Strong numerical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to handle cash and financial transactions accurately.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Strong organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and accuracy in all tasks.Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications.Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.Positive attitude and strong work ethic, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
