Façade Designer Manager – RTC1 Recruitment Services
-Lead and manage the design team (engineers, draftsmen, BIM coordinators) to deliver detailed and accurate façade and aluminum designs.
-Develop and implement design workflows, procedures, and standards aligned with industry best practices.
-Review and approve all design outputs, including shop drawings, 3D models, BIM files, technical reports, and submittals.
-Provide technical expertise on façade systems such as curtain walls (unitized and stick), ACP panels, glass facades, spider glazing, and louvers.
