We are a global group operating across social media marketing, car rental, lending, and legal services.

We are seeking a highly organized, professional Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and business support to one of our Founders.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and diverse organization, working closely with leadership and gaining exposure to multiple sectors.

  • Manage the Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Coordinate communication between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
  • Support with documentation, filing, and administrative processes across group companies
  • Assist in planning and follow-up on key projects and initiatives
  • Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
