Estimation & Proposal Engineer
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Fresh Graduate to join our team as an Estimation & Proposal Engineer – Mechanical. This entry-level role is designed for a young professional eager to develop a career in the technical-commercial sector of the Oil & Gas, EPC, or industrial engineering domain within the UAE. The candidate will work closely with senior engineers to analyze tender documents, perform material take-offs, and assist in compiling accurate technical and financial proposals.
- Assist in reviewing client tender packages, engineering drawings, and technical specifications to understand project scopes.
- Perform accurate Material Take-Offs (MTO) from mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and Excel.
- Coordinate with sub-vendors to float inquiries, collect quotes, and prepare baseline technical price comparisons.
- Support senior estimation engineers in calculating direct costs for labor, equipment, and mechanical materials.
- Help compile technical literature, compliance statements, and commercial bid documents for final submission.
