Entertainer Supervisor – Alert International
Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations and performance of the animation and entertainment team, ensuring smooth coordination, high-quality guest experiences, and effective execution of events and shows. You will play a key role in supervising entertainers, maintaining standards, and actively supporting entertainment delivery during events.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of entertainers and animation staff
- Build and manage weekly schedules in coordination with management
- Assign entertainers to events based on language skills, experience, character type, age group compatibility, and event format
- Monitor punctuality, appearance, discipline, and overall performance of the team
- Ensure all entertainers follow company SOPs and quality standards
- Support onboarding and training of new team members
- Motivate and guide the team to maintain high energy and performance levels
- Submit operational reports and updates to management
- Track inventory and entertainment supplies
- Assist in planning new games, entertainment programs, and show concepts
- Support seasonal projects and special events
- Continuously contribute to improving department efficiency and guest experience
