Engineering Supervisor – RTC1 Recruitment Services
-Supervise and manage engineering and maintenance staff (including contractors), ensuring punctuality, quality job performance, and adherence to safety, fire, and hygiene policies.
-Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, inspections, and reporting for equipment, villas, and common areas, ensuring timely completion to required standards.
-Monitor and control operation of utilities (heat, light, power), materials usage, and requisitions, while maintaining accurate records and cost efficiency.
-Support departmental leadership by motivating the team, assisting with training, ensuring professional appearance and workplace cleanliness, and performing additional duties as required.
