Employee Recruiter – ASAP TRANS CORP

We are looking for a motivated and confident CDL Driver Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on sourcing, communicating with, and onboarding CDL Class A drivers

You will be the first point of contact for drivers, representing the company in a professional and engaging way. Your main goal is to build trust, clearly present opportunities, and successfully bring qualified drivers on board.

Daily responsibilities include communicating with candidates via phone, text, and email, following up with leads, guiding drivers through the hiring process, and maintaining organized tracking of all candidates. You will work closely with the team to ensure fast and efficient hiring results.

This is a communication-driven role where confidence, clarity, and persistence are key.
