Follow up the shop drawings, method statements and material approval prior to the start of the project
Coordinate with the Contractor and Supplier involved in the project
Monitor safety of Labour
Day to day management of the site including supervising and monitoring the site labour
Update project teams with daily progress report and any assigned actions
Daily coordination with the Site Foreman to ensure technical details are carried out in accordance with the specifications
Monitor site regularly and resolve any technical difficulties
Follow financial aspects i.e. submitting measurments on time so as not to delay payment
Follow up payment certificates
Prepare weekly progress reports
Estimate material and labour required to complete job
Supervise work on site in accordance with contract agreement
Other duties as requested from time to time.
