ELV Engineer – Al Shirawi Group
Responsibilities Maintenance & Installation for all ELV Systems.
- Allocating Technicians for execution of Services.
- Troubleshooting & Programming of ELV Systems.
- Ensure timely execution of maintenance services (As and when required)
- Attending Authority / SIRA / Consultant Inspections and site meetings.
- Regular updates/communication to clients and team.
- Preparing documents for obtaining SIRA certificate.
- To Maintain high level of Customer Satisfaction.
- Lead technicians to meet the organization’s expectations for productivity, quality, and goal accomplishment.
- Plan and allocate resources to effectively and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
- Maintain employee work schedules including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling.
- Adherence to processes & procedures related to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment System
- Adherence to processes & procedures / Improvement in existing processes & development of new processes leading to an efficient system.
- Any other work related to the operations as assigned by your reporting manager.
