Dubai Scraps AED 750,000 Property-Visa Threshold, Introduces New Rules for Co-Owners

Dubai has eliminated the AED 750,000 minimum value for its two-year investor visa when the applicant is the sole property owner, while requiring each co-owner to hold AED 400,000 of equity. The move broadens residency access for lower-budget buyers, supports demand at the affordable end of the market and gives employers a new retention lever for staff who prefer to purchase modest homes.
