Dubai scraps AED 750,000 floor for two-year property-investor visa

Dubai has abolished the AED 750,000 minimum property valuation for its two-year investor residency visa when the applicant is the sole owner, and cut the joint-ownership threshold to AED 400,000 per person. The change makes residency attainable for smaller-ticket buyers, offering employers and assignees a cheaper alternative to company sponsorship or the costlier Golden Visa route.
