ransportation Duties

• Safely drive company vehicles to transport staff, clients, and visitors.
• Deliver and collect office documents, parcels, and other items.
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to schedules.

Vehicle Maintenance

• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights).
• Keep the vehicle clean and in good working condition.
• Report any mechanical issues or required repairs immediately.
• Ensure timely servicing and renewal of insurance and registration.

Compliance & Safety

• Follow all traffic laws and company driving policies.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and required certifications.
• Ensure safety of passengers and transported goods.
• Maintain a logbook of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.

Administrative Support

• Assist with bank deposits, government office visits, and other errands.
• Support office staff with minor logistical tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience.
• Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
