Manage daily onsite merchandising and trading activities across platformsOptimise product listings, categorisation, and on-site search performanceExecute campaigns, seasonal launches, and homepage updatesMonitor site performance, stock levels, and catalogue accuracyConduct regular site walks to enhance UX and customer journeyAnalyse sales and customer behaviour to inform trading decisionsCollaborate with marketing, buying, and digital teams to deliver campaigns
Profile
3-5 years’ experience in digital merchandising or e-commerceDegree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related fieldStrong understanding of online trading and customer journey optimisationExperience using Shopify, Google Analytics, and SEO principlesHighly analytical with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsExcellent attention to detail and organisation skillsStrong stakeholder management and communication abilities
