Digital Marketing Executive – Compass Technologies

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other ad platforms. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on campaign management skills along with the ability to design high-converting landing pages.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Plan, set up, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
  2. Conduct audience research, targeting, and audience segmentation for maximum ROI
  3. Design and build high-converting landing pages using tools like WordPress, Webflow, ClickFunnels, Unbounce, or similar
  4. Monitor campaign performance daily; optimize budgets, bids, and creatives based on data
  5. A/B test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve CTR and conversion rates
  6. Track and analyze key metrics (CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS, CTR) and prepare performance reports
  7. Coordinate with content/design teams for ad creatives and copywriting
  8. Stay updated with platform policy changes and ensure all campaigns are compliant
  9. Manage ad accounts, pixel/tracking setup, and conversion tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, etc.)
